Put the minced meat in a pan, followed with onion, ginger-garlic, spices and chopped tomatoes. Cook at medium heat.

Keep checking and stirring to ensure the meat evenly cook and mix with the spices nicely.

Add in oil to the minced meat curry followed with potato pieces. Stir well and cook further with a lid on the pan.
