Place the meat, spices and herbs in a cooking pan. .

Give it a stir and start cooking. Add in the coconut milk.

Continue cooking at low heat. Ensure you stir every now and again.

Once the gravy has thickened and the meat is tender, you can stop cooking. But keep cooking if you want to get the real Beef Rendang with dry gravy.
