maple syrup, pecan nuts, milk, white vinegar or lemon juice, all-purpose flour, baking powder, caster sugar, salted butter, and eggs.

Place all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Add the wet ingredients

Beat all the ingredients with a mixer

Until you get a nice smooth and thick batter.

Fold the chopped pecan nuts into the batter

Spoon the batter into muffin cases and bake for 20 minutes.
