Macaroni pasta. Boneless-chicken breast. Milk. Cheddar cheese, grated. Onion. Garlic. Eggs, beaten lightly. Pinch of ground nutmeg. Ground white pepper (preferably), or ground black pepper. Salt.
Fry the chopped onion until soften and transluscent. Then add in garlic. Fry until all smell fragrant. Set aside.
Boil the macaroni until al dente.
In a mixing bowl, put the cooked macaroni, shredded chicken, onion, garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Stir the grated cheese in.
Add the beaten eggs and milk into the macaroni mix.
Stir well until everything is mixed evenly.
Pour the macaroni schotel mixture into a dish. And bake at the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
