Aloo Keema: Potato And Ground Meat Curry

This Pakistani Aloo Keema is packed with flavour. Enjoy it with chapati, naan bread or pitta bread so you can mop the delicious curry juice.


Place the ground meat in a pan. Add in chopped onion, minced ginger- garlic, all other spices and chopped tomatoes. Give it a good stir and let it cook.

Check every now and then. Toss and stir so the meat mixes nicely with the spices.


Add a little water if it's too dry. And stir it again.


Prepare and cut your potatoes into similar sizes.

Add the cooking oil into the meat, followed with potatoes. Stir again and leave it to cook with the pan lid on.

Your Aloo Keema is ready when both meat and potatoes are fully cooked with the shiny curry gravy.
