Cooked samosas, chickpeas, ginger, garlic, onion, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, ground black pepper, Asian red chili powder, salt, tomatoes, mint yogurt chutney, tamarind sauce, papdi, pomegranate seeds, and cilantro leaves.

Fry the onion, ginger, garlic, and all the spices until fragrant.

Add chopped tomatoes.

Add the chickpeas and cook for about 5-7 minutes.

Smash and break the samosas. Place them in a serving dish.
