KEY INGREDIENTS

lamb. salam leaves. ginger. lemongrass. chilies. onion. galangal. tomatoes. cooking oil. coconut milk. cabbage. sweet soy sauce. garlic. turmeric. candlenuts. ground coriander. black pepper. salt. sugar. water.

Fry the spice paste with all the herbs until it releases aroma and looks shiny.

Boil the meat with lemongrass, ginger, and salam leaf. Drain the water and add the meat to the spice paste.

Add water and sweet soy sauce.

Add the cabbage, chilies, and spring onion.

Add coconut milk and let it cook and simmer.
