In a blender, place 2 cups (150 grams) of frozen raspberries, 1 frozen or fresh banana,2 tablespoons of peanut butter, ½ cup (125 ml) of natural yogurt, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, and 1 cup (250 ml) of apple juice.

You can always use fresh raspberries and bananas.
